"Rather than sit in traffic I took a break for coffee and cake. Was greeted with a lovely warm welcome and a big smile. The building is just far enough from the road to be nice and quiet with big areas of glass which make it very light and airy. Coffee and cake both delicious"
"Tables were dirty and full of rubbish, none of our drinks were available, had to change our order, then served 2 people after me but they had their drinks first. I had to ask for the frappichinos I ordered and got no apologies just put on the counter. They were very busy but I'd expect to get my drinks before others that had ordered after me and maybe a smile or I'm sorry. Really don't think I'll be going back after today! Not impressed for the price!!"

Seems odd to employ someone massively repellent who also a) doesn't crack a smile, b) takes forever to make two coffees, and c) then proceeds to burn both said coffees. Please can you consider employing barristas who have good manners and know how to make a good coffee..."
