"Bought & paid for a console table from this company. They then changed the price and REFUSED to honour the website price. John & Kate were extremely unhelpful, unprofessional and unethical. I then had to make a complaint to the Consumer complaints Ireland where I was advised to send an email to give them the opportunity to resolve the issue. I have yet to receive a reply. I would never recommend doing business with this company. I wish to add that Johns reply is an absolute lie !!!! My husband and I both spoke to him on the phone and he did NOT say he had a stock issue and he did NOT reply to my email as he has said. I am now absolutely fuming that a business could tell absolute lies !!!! Just shows how he runs his business and treats his customers."

"Bought a mattress. There was a problem with stock, beyond their control. So took a different one which was in stock. This was damaged and they took it back no problem after contacting them. Took the initial mattress in the end that the manufacturer were taking an age to deliver! Brilliant customer service and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend Luxury Interiors. Their show room is lovely also!"
