"Where to start. Firstly it’s partially my own fault for not reading the reviews before making a purchase from this crowd. I would never of made a purchase or handed over money to any company with such a woeful review history. I purchased bunkbeds online and received an automated email telling me I would be contacted by someone from Rightstyle Furniture to arrange collection. I had decided to collect in person as my kids needed the bed. Monday came and went, no one contacted me. On Wednesday I tried to contact them, but to no avail. And that was that. No replies to emails, no reply to phone calls and no reply to the ‘live’ chat facility on the web site. My only saving grace was I used PayPal to make the purchase and I used PayPal to open a case and get a refund, which took over two months by the way as Rightstyle Furniture wouldn’t refund me. In all that time no one contacted me from Rightstyle Furniture, when PayPal contacted them, they provided a one line response noting my order was being shipped by a foreign company. The one line response was copied and pasted from a shipping docket. Hopefully, this helps someone else make the right decision before dealing with this amateur outfit. If I had of carried out my own due diligence before purchasing and used another furniture company, maybe my kids would be sleeping in their new beds by now. 05-12-2022 You state in your reply "we tried several times to contact you by email looking for a phone number to advise you of your collection details the first being on the 3rd of October last", I did not receive an email on that date. I did however email you on the 10th requesting an update because I had received no contact from you. Show me the email you purport to have sent me on the 3rd Nov. I will then post my emails, including the one I sent on the 10th Nov requesting an update that recieved no response."

"Got a suit from this shop....Happy with the service good price and delivered within 3 weeks......delivery lads where very helpful and friendly too so all in all a good experience dealing with right style furniture.....Thank you"

"Very poor service. Nice until they take your money. Major delay getting the sodas delivered, then just 3 months later the arm of the sofa is loose. Tried to organise for them to fox or exchange, on two occasions we waited in all day as they were supposed to come and fix. Sent an email explaining my frustration, received an excuse of an email back and told me they will organise the repairs team to come out, I've heard nothing since. AVOID AVOID AVOID"

"Had a great experience with Rightstyle Furniture. We bought dining table, chairs and a couch that were all in stock and dealt with Dane who was very helpful. They held the furniture until we moved into our house for a month and delivered fairly promptly after we moved in."

"I don't understand the negative reviews, we had a great experience with Rightstyle Furniture, Belgard Road, the guy we dealt with was really helpful and patient and explained the different sizes and available colours to us, we chose our dining room table and chairs and as promised we received a text from the delivery company the day before, they arrived on time, assembled the table, very quick and efficient and all within 2 weeks of placing the order! We are delighted with them!"
