"Very bad customer service. Their drivers cracked tiles in my the house while delivering furniture but customer services boss need a proof of tile being cracked while object is being dropped. We have proof of cracked tile, heavy object dropping, their own furniture damaged, but still they perhaps expect to have a cctv footage which hardly anyone has inside their house. Really disappointing response from them"
"Great little store, they had the table we wanted, it was going to have to be ordered and a 3 month wait so we got to take the one on the floor it is perfect in our sitting room the staff were lovely and helpful."
"Wafflers. There’s no sale, ever. They’re advertising Black Friday now, but there’s no offers, it’s all ‘RRP’ so the items are never priced higher. It’s all false advertising about sales but the prices were never more than they say."
"Id Like To Give A Massive Thank You To Danielle Your Amazing Sales Asistant In Blanchardstown Retail Park Store. She Kept Me Updated On When I Cud Call To Collect My Purchase 4 Days Later And Is A Great Asset To Your Team In Blanchardstown Store. Ive Bought Here A Few Times Now And Always A Great Experience When I Call. Delighted With The Scandi Table And Ive Had Lots Of Positive Comments. Please Forward My Thanks To Danielle And The Team In Blanchardstown And I Will For Sure Call Again Soon"
"It’s all about the service really. Ordered a sofa online; no order confirmation, no warning on delivery until the actual day, then totally inflexible when the day didn’t suit (newborn arriving in the house). Customer service person was totally blank, refused any help and kept citing the small print, charging me 69 euro for a redelivery. When I asked about cancelling she threatened a 25% restocking fee! Needless to say it’s made a pretty poor impression on me. These are big expensive items, it’s not a book being delivered…I Ordered other pieces from other companies at the same time. They called in advance, scheduled a delivery date that suited. What’s so hard about that? Similar sofa was available on one of those sites, I regret not giving them this order. Just poor, came off the call really annoyed too. Calmed down now, but still taking the time to post this."
