"What a great start as a new patient at the David Neal Dental - Kings Practice. Firstly, a huge shout out to front of house. Becky, the beautiful receptionist made me feel very welcome and puts any new patient at ease. Very prompt with appointment time. Very impressed with Tim and Jade. Tim took the time with photos and patience to explain what was going on in my mouth. It really helps a patient to understand . My experience was extremely good and I would recommend anyone out there giving them a try. 10/10"
"This is the first time I've been to this dentist, shamefully my first visit to any dentist in 17yrs. Right from the start, the receptionist Meg, was very welcoming and polite, the waiting area clean, tidy and comfortable. I saw Tim the dentist and his assistant Emily. Both were very welcoming, took their time to listen and made me feel comfortable. Tim took his time to explain what he was doing and why. I have a cracked molar to which again, Tim took his time checking and explained what we could do to mend it with the pricing and time it'd take to do. His office was clean, tidy and hygienic. All together, I found the experience excellent and there isn't a silly wait list like most places. Also, plenty of free parking outside. I'll definitely register to attend more often."
"Had my first appointment a few days ago and was agreeably surprised on the quality of the service provided. The explanations and procedures were thorough and no questions were left unanswered. It is also good to notice how easy and straightforward it was to book the appointment, with practically no waiting times at all. And last but not least, it is reasonably priced! Very pleased."
"Receptionist very polite. Which is why I put two stars but I had an appointment with Mr Kimonge for a scale and polish with a small tooth removal left from last dentist appointment. (The last dentist left some behind after a removal which made me anxious) I emailed a complaint. One part of the response after I mentioned chocking on my saliva — ‘The dental nurses strive to make patients as comfortable as possible at all times by removing as much saliva from a patients mouth as possible. We find if a patient is nervous this is not always easy.’ As I mentioned to them I have anxiety I feel they used this as an excuse to there mistake. Then I mentioned how the dentist sliced my lip like a paper cut while filing my teeth at the top and bottom but mistakenly spelt filing with two l’s instead of one and then got this response—— ‘I have looked at your treatment plan and can find no mention of any fillings being completed today. You received a full mouth scale and polish and removal of retained root on lower right 7. Your dentist used soft fex interdental polishing strips to remove staining between your teeth which may have caused a slight graze, if this has happened it will heal with no further problems in a few days.’ Then all I got was sorry for the distress it caused. I feel spoken down too and feel sarcastically spoken too. It’s a newly opened dentist and if they carry on like this, I hope people keep reporting it. Disgusting."
"If there was the ability to shout from the roof tops about this dental practice I would. It’s embarrassing to say I hadn’t been to see a dentist is 12 years. One day I decided let’s pop in to David Neal dentist and I can say it’s was one of the best things I have ever done. To say I was a very very nervous person was an understatement, but with the help of Emily and Tim (plus the rest of the team) I am now totally comfortable in going to the dentist. Would happily recommend them . Keep up the good work"
