"Had a terrible experience with this company, had questions which could not be answered all the time, when I asked for paperwork to be sent out I had terrible attitude off Gail who also threatened to take me to court if my fees were not paid when in every recorded phone call I had said I am paying the fees I just wanted some answers to my questions, would not advise anyone to go here and the professionalism is non existent, when I asked Gail if I could speak to someone higher up I got told they were not there and as I phoned back I got through to a partner in the company which was there the whole time, I asked for paperwork to be sent out so I could see it for myself and they just told me it is going to cost more money, they have no interest in helping customers just to make money for themselves."
