"Very nice walled gardens with a wide variety of fruit and vegetables being grown as well as flowers. Fresh produce in the cafe which was really tasty. There is undercover seating in a walled greenhouse as well as gazebo's in the gardens with outdoor seating. Well worth a visit if you are in the locality and interested in gardens and want a coffee etc"

"Beautiful place! My husband and I had a day off work, sans children!, So we popped here for the morning. It was very quaint and also lovely and quiet, just us on this weekday, and the lady there gave us a lovely warm welcome and wonderful friendly service. We had a sandwich and cream tea, both were delicious, and we had a lovely view of the gardens, with a little shower of snow thrown in too! It was a lovely relaxing and cosy morning and we're planning to come back in the summer too when the gardens are a bit more "active"."
