"The food and staff are nice... the owner isn't! The way she speaks to staff is horrific, making one close to tears infront of a full cafe. We checked on the staff member as she was visibly upset. When the owner delivered our items, we addressed it with her in which her reply was 'listen, we're busy and she's made a lot of mistakes today'. Disgusting."
