"My whole visit good, I was seen within minutes of arriving. The dentist I seen (Dan) was great, he gave me my options without any pressure, listened to my concerns and kept me informed of what he was doing during my procedure. He was very friendly and put me at ease during my visit."
"Called for an emergency appointment and advised the person was extremely nervous. Lady on reception was amazing. We waited in the car till they called us in. The dental nurse helping the dentist was patient and understanding and continued to keep the person calm. We saw the dentist Maria who also was understanding and took there time, and continued to keep the person calm. They talked to the person throughout and stopped when required. After leaving the person said they were treated like a person, and felt at ease. Highly recommended excellent service from start to finish."
"The whole staff; receptionist Monika, and the dentist Dan and Sadia the nurse were all very caring and understanding with my granddaughter who is very nervous. Dan took his time to explain alternatives to her treatment. Monika did not hesitate to offer comfort and tissues when she saw my granddaughter was very upset. A great team.
