One thing that needs to improve is the accessibility to make timely appointments with a Dental Hygienist. When the hygienist requests to see you in three months time, and the first appointment is for November, something needs to be improved with appointments. More dental hygienist who work FT??? "I have been a patient at Ampthill Dental Practice for 13/14years. I am a very anxious patient due to my previous bad experiences as a child and also for a medical condition which can exaggerate pain at times. However, I have always been treated with kindness and an acceptance of my nervousness which has helped me greatly to overcome some of my dental anxieties. Going to the dentist now is certainly not the 'fear' I used to feel. The receptionists are always cheerful and helpful which helps to put one at ease. The service during Covid was safe and excellent.
