"Every single time I’ve come to the practice for my child I’ve been greeted with the same discord by the receptionist. She is rude continually, I give her 10 out of 10 for miserable consistency, after visiting on several occasions over this last 2 years, I don’t think I’ve ever not had blatant attitude from her, I guess due to dentists been in high demand she think’s she has the right to be rude and miserable to everyone. I personally think that this dental surgery should seriously think about the emotional impact people like herself have on there clients, it’s not nice to have someone be constantly rude unempathetic and dam right miserable, I can’t even use the excuse she was having a bad day and it was a one off. It’s a shame as the other staff have always been friendly she really let’s the surgery down. Know one wants to be greeted or billed with attitude."
