"I asked for English breakfast tea, also asked if I could have it in a take away cup but stay inside to drink it, of course you can was the answer. On the basis of being an odd bod who ordered tea the young lad who was taking the orders and payments went and started my tea before handing it over to the barista to finish off. Five stars in my book for service with that one, kept the conveyor moving with minimal disruption to other customers."
"Dreadful experience to which I'll never visit again. A clearly busy bank holiday Monday visit but no excuse for dirty and messy tables everywhere. Also no excuse to be spoken to rudely by staff member telling me my dog was not allowed when CLEARLY there were other dogs in the cafe! If you have rules then I suggest you have a clear sign on the door and make sure you enforce the rules for everybody and not when it suits you to pick on certain customers."

"Always amazing service and incredibly friendly staff. I have been in a few times with my baby and if I am carrying my baby, I am always offered for my drink to be bought to me so I can settle / feed or just have a sit with my child. Today I forgot to grab sugar and the manager unexpectedly offered to get me some. It was such a small gesture but as my baby was asleep on me it meant a lot to be able to not unnecessarily disturb her. The only thing that could be improved is more vegan / milk free options (food). Unfortunately there is next to no savoury options which does not contain milk because everything has butter in but I am aware this is not the issue of this Costa franchise."
