"Terrible customer service, well terrible isn't the correct word, none existent is the closest. I ordered an bacon and egg sandwich and a coffee Terrible coffee where, when returned and stated it was horrible, didn't even get an apology for the terrible quality. Just took it and wandered back to chat with her colleagues. I went after seeing 18 5 star unverified reviews, do not believe they are genuine after my experience!"
"Always a lovely place to be - very clean and tidy, plenty of space so you never have to worry about finding a place to sit. Staff are amazing! nothing is ever a problem, they are friendly and very professional and go above and beyond to give 110% service to all their customers. Also food is great and not over priced. Top scores for me all round! Especially for Diane - what an ace women she is - always lovely to see her!"
