"After waiting for our food (two burgers!) for an hour, we asked the waiter when it would arrive. She came back five minutes later only to inform us that it would be another 25 minutes with no apology or reason for the long wait. The restaurant was half-empty, with more staff than patrons, three of the staff visible in the kitchen, and apparently not in a hurry to do their job. Pretty cheeky to ask for a tip before they even serve your order - or provide any service at all - neither of which we got."
"We ordered hot drinks and various breakfasts for 5 people. Our drinks were not hot, I had to ask for my tea to be re made. The breakfast was then served and 3 of us had to send our food back as it was not hot. It took an hour from ordering to receive our breakfast by which time two of the party had eaten theirs. We were the only guests at a table when we were served. The young lady on the waiting team was very nice and polite but there was no apology for the poor service. Such a shame as the location was lovely. I just wonder how the food team would cope with a high number of guests. Certainly no customer service and no apology from the chef team either. Very very disappointed"

"A very modern and comfortable bar/restaurant, elegantly decorated and with a relaxed but upscale atmosphere. The food was delicious, well-seasoned, and arrived quickly. The waiters were attentive but never annoying and very friendly. We visited as a group of 10 but there was no problem at all with food arriving at different times. The bar and facilities are very clean as well. This is an honest and emphatic recommendation!"
"I was heading to a show at the Brighton Dome, so I was looking for someone to have a nice meal before. The food here is tasty and enjoyable. The desert tasting board is a good idea and means you get to try a range of deserts. The staff were friendly, but it wasn’t the best service. I think this was down to the inexperience of the staff, but we all have to start somewhere. We ordered the Parmesan fries but we’re brought the wrong ones. It was quite busy inside, probably due to a show being on, so I would recommend booking."
