"Great service. George taking the booking at the front desk was helpful and gave me all info I was looking to know after the MOT and wise recommendations for my next mechanical/maintenance stuff. All the guys there were friendly and smiled. Great atmosphere. They had a courtesy drink machine at the front, where I had a couple of hot chocolates while reading a book and waiting for the car to be checked. 45 - 50 minutes In and Out! I will visit them next year."
"Booked a service in a week or so ago. Turned up today, only to be told "part hasn't arrived". No further explanation. After some probing, turns out they didn't have an oil filter that they would routinely change during the service. Person at the counter said I could just come back Monday, as if I didn't book it today because it's a time that suits me. Despite this clearly being a situation that they were aware of BEFORE my car service, they didn't bother giving a call to let me know, instead I had to drive all the way there only to find out that bit of information and having to drive back. Waste of time and petrol, and honestly such poor, inconsiderate service."

Adrian was extremely helpful, ordered parts and made another booking so that the problem could be managed as soon as possible. The quoted prices were much lower than the Mercedes dealer. A hot drink station & water is available whilst you wait for MOT."
