"We went there the week before Christmas and it was so busy, we had to wait 30 Minutes to get in. The shop is well stocked and they have some nice Lego Set on display. Very often, however, parents do not take good care of their children while they are in the shop. Lego bricks are thrown around, boxes are taken off the shelves and thrown somewhere on the floor, children (and adults) eat and drink and spill drinks on the floor. It was messy. And when the software for the printing system for minifigures (minifigure factory) crashed, the chaos was complete. The staff were ok but nowhere near as helpful, friendly and competent as when I visited the Lego Store Leeds UK a few days ago. The LEGO Store on Grafton Street Dublin was definitely worth a visit, but it still has room for improvement. I will be back at a more quiet time."
"Had a nice morning in here with my kids. Was very busy but they enjoyed it. We made a custom Lego figure and got it printed, passport stamping is a nice touch. Some cool stuff to see and staff were very nice. It's fairly expensive but that's kind of expected. Definitely worth checking out."
"Went here on November 1st and I loved it, they had so much variety of sets some were a bit pricey, went upstairs to make my own character the place upstairs was jammers so we bought our boxes and went to the screens after designing and writing my name on the character. Then we went to the Lego bins and there was chaos everyone was pushing trough to get bits and bobs for there characters, we watched them print which took about 5mins and when the were done you had to place it together and put it into your box , and on our way out of the store we got a lego passport and got it stamped Addvice: Go early we got in at 10.15 and when we came out at 11.15 and the queue was massive it nearly went down to the end of the street"
"Visited the store on weekday in the noon, no queues were there for entry, but might be crowded over the weekends. It’s a Two story shop and staff is very helpful. Beautifully designed with all the things you need in Lego store. And finally happy to have Lego store in Dublin."
"Amazing the amount of people jumping to judge just after day one, when it was obvious that queues were gonna be long and it was announced that access was gonna be limited. The staff are extra friendly like in other Lego shops, and the store itself has been designed beautifully, great interaction with the sets on display and good options for customisation. Hope that we can value what we've now got after waiting for so long!"
