"I've been with Integra Global since 2017, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their member services staff always responds in a timely manner, and the quality of their customer support is excellent. It seems like their underwriters just don't read emails or claims thoroughly, and they often overlook details or ask for documents that I've already submitted. While this is frustrating, they do care about getting things right and everything eventually gets sorted in a reasonable time. I will also say that a close friend (who also uses Integra) has never had any issue with the claims/reimbursement process, so I might just have unfortunate luck."
