"We are staying in the stable for 3 months with our dog and it is amazing. Two en-suite bedrooms both with tvs. Fully fitted kitchen with everything you need. Very comfortable living room with huge TV. Lovely garden with table and chairs and bbq. The garden is fenced and secure. Absolutely wonderful and a great place to stay"
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely consider returning in the future. We stayed at The Lodge but I understand that all the cottages offer similar standards. The facilities on offer are excellent and provide comfort and practicality, everything one should need for a relaxing break. The owners are very friendly and on hand to assist but they are also respectful of your privacy. The rates charged are fair and competitive. I would recommend these cottages to people who appreciate the home from home feel offered by high-quality holiday accommodations. Dogs are allowed in two of the properties."
"Just returned from staying at Oxnead the barn, highly recommend the property and location, we have had a great week thank you Ian and Pia, cottage really clean and comfortable very warm and cozy. Great location my husband enjoyed the fishing just a short distance away . Great walks with the dogs, would highly recommend. Hope to be back next year."
"Just returned from our third stay at these lovely cottages. This time it was the Stables but we have previously stayed at the Diary and the Barn. Each of these cottages are very well equipped and kept very clean and tidy. Pia and Ian are always on hand if needed but otherwise tend to let you alone to enjoy the cottage and surrounding area. The nearby village is fairly quiet with a small shop and Post Office and a pub nearby too. They are in easy travelling distance to explore this part of Norfolk and also for a trip into Norwich itself. A really lovely location and super cottages. We will be back again soon."
