"Absolutely disgusting customer service in liffey valley , from a girl in her mid 20 with black hair ,non Irish. I get a lot of products off hale on a weekly basis and have never experienced anything like this. Closed the stall 15 mins early and I asked for oil, which is very important if you are a vape user obviously. Her reply was I'm closed ,can't you see. I simply ask what time where you closed knowing it wasn't for another 15 mins and she said very rudely can't you see I'm busy. You need to get staff like this off your stand."

"Extremely bad customer service. I bought a Vape on Friday. Cjrehed if fully but it didn't work properly. Returned it with my receipt on Monday morning only to be told that there was no returns on used items. I explained that it wasn't working properly but she said that there was nothing she could do. (Despite the receipt clearly saying that' all batteries and chargers have 30 days manufacturing warranty.) The sales girl was very apologetic so this policy obviously comes from the top. I could probably take them to small claims court but it not worth the hassle (which I imagine they're banking on.) surely this company relies on returning custom? Not impressed."
