"I called this taxi company today to pre book a cab. I was asked where I wanted cab from and where I was going to. Admittedly it was a short distance, but it was too far for me to walk due to my artritic hip. I was told there was no cab in the area???? I was pre booking??? I'm guessing it was too short a journey for them to bother. Shame they don't consider I won't use them again and I certainly will not recommend."
