"Great pub with great food at great prices! We had to wait more than an hour for it and the starters came at the same time as the mains, but great pub overall."
"I was incredibly disappointed to find out that the kitchen was closed at The Galleon Wolverton despite their advertised opening hours. My friends and I were looking forward to a nice meal, only to be turned away due to the kitchen being closed. This lack of communication and attention to detail is unacceptable, and it left a bad taste in our mouths. If a restaurant advertises they are open, they should ensure that their kitchen is operational during those hours. Unfortunately, this experience has left me hesitant to return to The Galleon Wolverton."
"Love this little pub, we pop in after a dog walk. Good beer & coffee, menu looks good too. Lovely friendly staff. Could do with a tidy up & some fresh plants out the front. Lovely garden by the Grand Union Canal for warmer days"
"Now dog friendly. We just stopped for a drink. Good beer. Nice atmosphere. This place used to only allow dogs in the garden, which I could never understand as the pub is on the edge of a huge country park and the canal. Dog walking central. Now most of the tables had a dog, so maybe not ideal for dog-haters."
"Lovely atmosphere! Bartender was polite and chipper. Food was *beeeeautiful* and worth the wait. I can see how gorgeous it would be to eat beside the canal. My only fault would be that it was a tad warm, especially in the bathroom. But, overall - highly recommend."
