"Bought a dolce coffee machine online Supervalu click and collect for €45 euro + €3 collection fee at Greystones. Manager phones to tell me very bluntly they are not a real Supervalu and they haven't got any. Told me to phone Musgraves to organise a refund. Very bad customer service. Also, The new layout in their shop is all over the place, won't be shopping there again..."
"The changes recently made to the till area / entrance way were a great idea and really make it much quicker to get in and out whether you're popping in for a couple of things or doing the full weekly shop. There's a really helpful young guy who is usually supervising the self-checkout tills and he does a great job; very good and helpful worker. Last weekend (May 7th + 8th) there was a girl with a blonde bob working on the till that's like customer service etc. and she was so helpful and kind that it really influenced me to want to shop somewhere like that more, so I hope someone is taking note of the great job she's doing! One small thing - no matter what day / time I pop in, there always seems to be boxes and huge trolleys of products to be stacked onto shelves etc. left unattended in the middle of so many of the aisles, or stuff put up on the shelves in boxes etc. That's not ideal and it's a hazard too, especially for the older customers that I've seen almost drip on the boxes or accidentally pull one down off a shelf etc."
"I have ordered online a few times and they were delivered by this Supervalu. The steaks and vegetable received were always very close to their best before dates, that means we had to finish all of them within two or three days, especially the vegetable. You would not buy those steaks or vegetable if you were in the store. We were treated nearly like a bin. Not recommended."
