I am finally reaching out getting help and they do not even call you at appointment times. Outrageous. If you call me on time then I might amend this review to 2 stars. "Sad to say the service doesn't function in any meaningful sense. You can ring every day for two weeks and still the manager will never ring you back. "Sam Renshaw is in a meeting..." Again and again. It is now dangerous how poor this service. People in need are left all on their own in a difficult climate...to say the least."
"There is a reason why Norfolk NHS Mental health is always in special measures. Attempt to get treated here and you will find out why. When I say treatment, I use the term most loosely. As what happens is, more likely your name will go on a waiting list. Nothing else that's it. They will get a teenager to phone you once a year to see if you are alive still. Presumably to add you to their clean up statistics if you are not. Other than this they seem to spend all their time in meetings discussing when to have some more meetings. It is not currently possible to select zero stars, if it was, they would have got zero."
"I'm under them and they don't see you regularly when you phone up you are waiting for weeks for call back and you have to keep calling up when you need help but they never give you support when you really need. I'm getting worse and told them but 7 weeks and still waiting on support. Why have them when people here don't help no wonder people take there life's."
