On the odd occasion the size was wrong there were no issues in returning and replacing. Bought a jacket here that was £28 and almost £100 elsewhere. They say that dispatch delivery time appears on your basket before you check out but nothing was on mine (I purchased another item to double-check). Customer service is far from friendly.
