"Terrible service, rude, incompetent staff. Left my card in the self checkout reader, went back to get it five minutes later and was told by one of the employees that I couldn't get it until "the next day as it was in the cash office". When I said this was ridiculous and complained, she threatened to get the manager and I insisted she did. The manager arrived and got the card for me in ten minutes. So unprofessional."
"Been doing grocery shopping here for the last few years and I've had always had a positive experience. Staff are kind and if you have a Tesco club card you get good discounts. Prices have increased in 2023 due to the inflation which is of course not the fault of the staff. They have a self service counter but for me personally I prefer getting served by someone at the counter. It's way faster. Compared to the big Tesco store in ILAC in town, it doesn't have all the supplies like pans but it's got everything you need."
"Brilliant interaction with the manager and some staff yesterday. The customer service is great! Thanks!"
"Raised their prices and requires you to get the loyalty card and get your purchases recorded and tracked to avail any deal now. Also, empty shelves regularly on basic stuff (Toilet paper, tomatoes, ice cream in summer)"
"Surprising amount of space in this mini market. There's a grab-n-go section at the entrance with a few checkouts to cater for people grabbing sandwiches & drinks for lunch etc, off-license section just past this. The main part of the shop is in the next section with all the usual categories: bakery/bread, fruit and vegetables, frozen food, ready-made and general groceries. Bunch of checkouts & some self-checkout terminals on the way out. Can get pretty congested."
