"Just there this evening,the card machines were down so you couldn't tap your card,I wasn't told this beforehand,asked for the manager and told him I only had my mobile to tap no card,he didn't even try use another machine,I said he could take my name and number I would pay tomorrow, he said no,no customer service at all,very rude no apology as its not my fault the machines were down. They really need to train their Manager's better!!"
