"Shop supposed to be open until 5:30 on a Tuesday evening (15 Nov 22). My son managed to rip a hole in his school uniform. As a working parent I was actually running to the shop straight from work after quickly picking my son from the afterschool club (we were actually running to get there before closing). By some miracle, we managed to get there 5:25 and was refused service because the two ladies serving were leaving already - clearly before closing time. They saw I was with my little one and there was zero care shown - shocking customer service. Will not be returning again and do not recommend. There is an alternative school uniform store in Tunstall so I recommend trying there."
"Fantastic. I ordered mail order on the 2nd at 11am and it came on the 3rd of august just before 9am!"
"1 STAR IS BEING GENEROUS! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING !!! NO AFTER SALES CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL!!! On my first visit with my 3 children age (4,11 and 15) I was told that 'he' ( my 15 year old) 'Can not come in. He has to stay outside'. I explained that he is a minor and as part of the same family should be allowed in. The salesperson refused and he was forced to wait by the door. This is absolutely disgusting given how many 'undesirables' are in Hanley. On going into the shop my son ( 11 year old) was unable to use a cubicle to try on and had to try on in the shop over his clothes and we were rushed with our purchases. After spending shy of £200 we went home. On getting home and trying on properly the school shirts were far too big. After 50 calls to try to speak to someone in the shop to see if they had the shirts in stock, with no success and it being engaged constantly, I had to go to the shop. I stood in a queue for 90 minutes to get an exchange! To add insult to injury, whilst waiting in the queue I had messaged the shop (the manager could see me in the queue and messaged back) to see if the items were in stock and if I could exchange them at the door only to be told no and to try and manage with the size shirts I had and to bring them back when the children went back to school. How I could do this I dont know as once an item is worn it cannot be exchanged. The manager Jane said that they had to leave the phone engaged constantly as they were busy. A young member of staff told me that 3 members of staff had left today and they were 3 staff down. Extremely poor management and customer aftercare does not exist."
"A lovely clean and tidy shop, I can see the staff take great pride on their organisation within the store. The staff will go through what you need and gather all uniform items for you, your child is welcome to try on the items to make sure they fit correctly. In store Customers numbers are reduced but it hasn't effected the efficiency of how the staff work Such a pleasant visit"
