"Great place to pop in when you need any DIY bits or indeed Christmas decorations or homeware or a few plants. I got so carried away with browsing that I forgot that I went there to pick up some so for the houseplants. I got a radiator key, so at least it was a worthwhile drip. The staff are always happy to help and knowledgeable. However, everything is quite expensive compared to the likes of B&Q. Since Woodies is open late every night, you end up paying extra for the convenience."

"I had to return a tin of paint which wasn't doing what it said on the tin. I was a bit concerned because how do you prove that the paint is faulty or useless and not doing what its meant to do? I have to say the staff were brilliant. They listened to what I had to say, checked the paint and exchange was no problem. I decided to exchange it for Dulux, my favourite paint which I should have bought in the first place, and got great advice from Marek, who works in the paint section. He took the time to explain to me what paints to put together and he was patient with my questions. It was like a breath if fresh air to go into a store were the staff are polite, respectful, helpful and friendly.. They just ticked all the boxes.."

"This is a great store. Almost anything you need for you house can be found here. Easy parking but it does get busy at weekends. Large store and easy to move around. Great selection of work clothing from major brands."
