"The staff were so rude. My partner ordered a festive drink - It tasted so sour and also was lukewarm. He took it back to ask for another one to be told ‘are you expecting it for free?’ How rude. The place is filthy too. Tables out the back aren’t wiped and there’s food and crumbs all over the floor. No wonder people go to Surfin Café - far better service and quality"

"Everything you might expect from Costa but this one stands out thanks to very friendly staff and a deceptively large premises. Don't be fooled by the smallish front section, there are two more areas in the back which benefits from a lift to facilitate disabled access. The disabled access also extends to an automatic door at the front entrance."
