"tables not cleaned and cleared. Staff not attentive. That's just when you can actually find them open. Over the last couple of months numerous times found a hand written note on the door to inform of early closure or limited products available. Just tried today to get a drive through only to find they now close at 17.30. What is the point of that if you work! I look forward to my end of day coconut capp. after a hard day at work"
"When I arrived was one person in front of me. No one behind the counter. Could hear people chatting out the back. One eventually appeared. Very poor service. I asked for a large skinny Americani. She asked if I wanted milk?"
"Very disappointed with overall cleanliness of this drive thru building . Had coffee inside here , waited more than a exceptable time period for drinks , staff busy attending drive thru customers . When coffee did arrive , girl who walked from drive thru side with my coffee, had a finger inside my cup , then placed on a prepared saucer, there was surplus crumbs all over chair at the only vacant place, which I had to brush off . Issues in left hand side toilet, some person , guess a man had urinated on floor , water tap sensor not working properly had to use loo paper to wipe surplus soap off hands . Overall this Costa needs to be managed better. Went to other Costa in retail area and had a totally better experience , staff smiled and served customers far better , I can say that drive thru Costa is under allot of service pressure that needs addressing in several areas"
"Went in on the 11/11/22 to try out the Christmas coffees because I have always enjoyed them. I purchased a Christmas Toblerone Latte, the quality of product was so poor, I have had better coffeees at a BP or McDonald's and they're not even baristas!. Plus the customer service of a worker called Jo, was awful. Can't see me returning anytime soon."
"My photo is of one table, all the others were the same. Bank holiday Monday the place was busy, but the service was extremely slow. The member of staff was taking his sweet time with all orders. The tables and general feel of the place was messy and dirty, the cutlery provided was all dirty despite the staff member changing them a couple of times. It would be nice to get service with a smile, the service provided here was with a massive grump, all we got was "what would you like" "how are you paying" the rest of the time was him shaking his head and muttering to himself. The store owner needs to have a look at this store and provide more staffing to help the beleaguered staff."
