"Avoid at all costs. We went for an emergency toilette renovation due to problems - not a vanity project. People quitting meant that we had about 5 different people managing our project, delays in deliveries, tiles delivered were different batches and had to be stripped out again, more delays, 3 months into it, more problems and they are just keeping me "entertained" with surveyors and "visits" but no actual communication, other than what I initiate. Nothing has been sorted. An absolute disgrace. Update: 1 year on and I am still having issues with their products and their processes. After the original issues, we had to get part of the tiles replaced again as they weren't properly sealed. The replacement job left a lot to wish for in terms of aesthetics and tidiness - but as I wanted it finished I accepted it. Now, a vanity unit starting to peal off and the subsequent issues with the 3rd party company. It is the worse company I had to deal with. If you have an ounce of respect for your mental health, do not use B&Q. They will drive you over the edge."

"Purchased some Form Xago Heavy duty Clear 94L storage tubs for home delivery. Photo on website shows the tubs come with lids. They were initially sent broken with no lids and full of dirt, replacement lot also sent with no lids. Andy from the B&Q disservice department, was incredible unhelpful. He said the photo with lids on the website is just to show the colour of the lid. Very overpriced tubs, but even more so if they expect you to fork out more for lids. Sick of the poor customer service at B&Q. That's it for me, I won't be back"

"I was a bit frustrated when I came to the store because this store did not have the items I was looking for. B&q store in leafy valley has much more items for sale for example insulation board. There are more options to buy insulation boards and Liffey valley then in tallaght."
