Delivered to North Mayo next day by GLS, very well packaged with cardboard eco packaging. Great service and great product. Thank you very much."
"I used to go to buy always the same product, I don't really need to interact with the staff. When I've needed advise because my shower tube was broken they just didn't even look at the broken shower tube I showed them. They told me a needed a new one. I asked for something similar and they gave me one that it didn't really look like mine and was more expensive. I asked for one that was like mine, which it was also on display and they told me that if mine got broken, why buying another similar, that is better to buy a better quality and more expensive one. I finally bought the one similar to mine. To my surprise, I went home, open the box and realise that I didn't even need a new shower tube, I only needed a small rubber ring to place between the shower tube and the shower head. I cut the damaged piece of the shower tub, placed the rubber ring and fixed it but I could not return the open package. Summarizing, when I needed professional advise, I didn't get it. My feeling was that if I were a man, they would have listened. They just tried to oversell without caring for customer needs. I'll never go back, awful customer experience."
