"Super experience in store today! Thank you so much. It can be very intimidating to drop into a builders store but this was completely opposite. Such helpful lads, I’m clueless about building materials and they guided me in the right direction. Will recommend to all of my friends. Great work lads."
"Found the staff were very helpful and very professional and I have no problem telling others how helpful it was very professional"
"Very friendly staff, also very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to help with a last minute addition to my order to ensure it was delivered with the original order"
"T J Mahony on the ballybogan road has been amazing throughout our building experience, they helped us with everything we ordered, went out of their way to make sure they had all materials we needed and if not they hadn't got what I needed to ordered they ordered it from other shops or told me where to get it. The whole staff are so friendly, kind and very supportive. They went out of their way to make sure I had all materials needed and delivered on time or before, I have never met staff who take an interest and care like these lads did, when I ordered to much they allowed me to bring things back and without all their help and support we wouldn't have completed our build after our dodgy builder left. They are all amazing and lovely people."
"Worst place to shop- ever! No prices displayed, the items are all mixed-up with others, which make so difficult to compare and make an informed buying decision or worst misleading. Very poor management, so sense of essential business practices and services. TJ O'Mahony staffs are breaching the COVID-19 regulations by walking in the busy shop area without wearing a face mask (It can be verified in the shop CCTV, e.g. 22/09/20 around 11am). The staffs were very rude and refused to use a face mask. Myself and others customers have reported this poor pratices to the Garda. These staffs may be misinformed or unaware that under Irish law "Anyone who does not wear a face covering (or anyone who ignores a request to wear one) without a reasonable excuse may get: A fine of up to €2,500 Up to 6 months imprisonment, both a fine and imprisonment." I believe that everyone should avoid places like at all costs."
