Our daughter has taken advantage of all the school has to offer and, it seems like she has a very exciting day, every day. "My daughter joined Brighton Girls after being asked to leave her previous school as in their opinion she wouldn't meet their academic expectations. This had a huge impact on my daughter's confidence. From the moment she started at the junior school, the Head and all her teachers, encouraged and supported my daughter to build her confidence and for her to believe in herself despite her learning differences with Dyslexia. Her love of sport was fostered and she was part of the swimming, netball, hockey & athletics teams. The smaller class sizes certainly helped & a specialist Dyslexic teacher was brought in to provide further assistance academically. All my daughter's teachers were aware of her differences and made adaptations for her in class and when providing homework.
