"I had been here so many years and I knew the salon very well. They only accept cash payment. Iam so happy every time I walk in without appointments and service was given very quickly and professional. Iam so sadly when seen some blonde cuckoo’s girls with acting bad behaved with staffs here. Newyorkinails, 10 years at the business, the best salon with qualified of nails technician, you couldn’t find any where in this town doing better jobs than them. Can’t recommend them enough with everyone. Just one to say something that if you are already loyalty customer of another salon please don’t come here and tried play dirty and bark like a …. You cannot make them less busy cause they’re always have massive support from long term loyalty clients like me."

"I went to this salon @ 4:00pm ( 23/10/22 ) to get acrylics. I rang to make an appointment & To double check if they take Revolut to see if I needed to take cash out ( which wasn’t a problem) the girl said yes they do take Revolut. After my nails were done I asked for their Revolut to pay. The girl said no they don’t do Revolut on a Sunday & I simply said the girl on the phone 30 mins ago said it was okay. The girl who did my nails called me a liar & said that never happened. She said this infront of 6 other clients… which left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable & embarrassed. I had to leave my ID in their store while I went to go get cash, as if I was going to run away? I have been going to this nail salon for years & so do all of my friends… not one of my friends will return here or myself. One piece of advice don’t call your clients a liar for the mistake of one of your co workers. I am a incredibly polite person & this has left me embarrassed & upset. When this is not my fault. This is why I double checked on the way it was okay to pay with Revolut? I would give this place a 0 star if I could. Would not recommend…. Snow nails down the road is 100x better & the girls are always so nice. If you can’t get in there I would just wait & don’t put yourself through what I did. Horrible rude behavior …"

"The nails are alright and look nice but what I asked for and what I got just isn’t the same.The woman wasn’t rude but it was just uncomfortable because they kept speaking Chinese and laughing so it seemed they where saying things about the clients..also one of the staff sitting beside me just wouldn’t stop staring at me and my hand that was just creepy! The price is alright it was €30 but I won’t be coming back."
