"Very disappointed with my one and only visit. My nails are flat and look stuck on. I had acrylic and shellac on my hands, wrists, a mess. I was treated like an inconvenience by the tech. Most expensive bad nails I've ever had done. Avoid."

"Avoid at all costs the Male Nail Technician. Got a nail infection last time I went there due to the bad filing of the sides of the nails leaving cuts and my old acrylics were still visible. My sister and I both had the pleasure of getting our nails done by him on separate occasions, and each time he was rude, disrespectful, and entirely unhelpful. (My sister was with him twice). Pedicure done here recently too for my holidays and on the second day 2 nails had already popped off, never done that when I did my gel nails at home. Go around to STUDIO J around the corner and get much better service and cafe."

"I have been coming to this salon since it opened, The staff always take there time and do what you ask of them. I'm always happy with my nails. I've never had an issue. Maybe one or two times a nail had chipped but they always accommodate to come in and get it fixed. Highly recommend this salon. I've moved from swords to blanchardstown and I Still make the trip just to get my nails and pedicure done. I've not found a salon as good as this one in blanchardstown. I get my nails done by Yuen and she's brilliant."

"They left me with a cuticle infection, i went to get acrylics done, my second time going there. The first visit wasn’t that great either. I booked in advanced and was still made to wait about an hour before we got started. When the nail tech was doing my nails i let her know it hurt but she kept filing on my skin rather than my nail bed. I noticed the skin on around my cuticle was swollen a few hours after the appointment. I went back to let the manager know but she smirked at me and didn’t take my pain seriously. She wasn’t even sure how to heal the infection, I had to show her on google what the infection was then she just read out the google solution i showed her. The customer service is rubbish, most workers are rude, they seem to care more about money than a happy customer. If i could give 0 stars i would. Its a month later and i still have the infection"
