"To Mountain Warehouse Customer Service, I would like to make a formal complaint about the manager at your Haywards Heath store. I returned two items this afternoon with a receipt and within 30 days of purchase and was made to feel very guilty by the manager. My refund in cash was thrown down on the counter at me and when I asked for the £20 note to be changed because it was rolled up, ripped and had blood on it, I was told 'it’s fit for tender!' I asked again for it to be changed and unwillingly it was but, yet again the money was thrown at me over the counter. I have found this customer service experience very upsetting and urge this to be investigated?"
