"John in this shop always gives value for money no rip off prices here. good old fashioned barbers here. plenty of sporting memobila lines the walls of the shop"
"The best barber in South Dublin. Going here for five years. They're open early which is great too. Don't pay 25 for a bad haircut in the city barbers. These guys charge 10 and they're much better than what you'd get anywhere in town."
"This is a barber shop 99% of whose customers seem to be men, that is like stepping back in time. Old style furniture, no bling of any kind, no piped muzak or TV, just a barber's chair & sundry seats for waiting. Most customers come here for a basic haircut with nothing fancy, no hair colouring, perms, etc. Very few even opt to have their hair washed although the facilities are there.I have no doubt the barber can do wonders but the demand isn't there. For my part my hair is long and my visits infrequent, usually to get rid of some split ends, but it is comforting to see nothing has changed on each visit. Very little waiting time, no rubbish noise being blasted at me & an intelligent conversation with the barber. Highly recommended above fancy hair "stylists" who charge a fortune for you to admire their plastic interiors & smiles. Cost of haircut here, wash/dry or not: 10 euro. Amazing."
"Worst haircut I ever had. The barber (and I use this very very loosely) has clearly never been trained and completely butchered my hair in every way possible. Add that to the extreme fragrance of mens body odor for a truly unpleasant experience. Would give zero stars if I could. Do not go here"
