"Have gone here for quite some time. Not sure if the management has changed or what but it's not the same. The barber I used previously has now left and had to try someone else. The lad cutting my hair had to ask for help from one of the other barbers and then just ignored what I asked for. I even showed a picture of what I wanted. Just had to get it done coz he didn't know what he was at. Asked for an undercut that dropped down but he just went straight across. It will take a long long time for that hair to be back to the length it was at. I also don't know why it's a booking system if you're just left sitting there. Shop wasn't busy. Prior to last 2 visits this never happened. On top of this your man Vinnie just kept slagging me as I waited for my barber because I have long hair and a beard. He was cutting someone's hair at the time..... I was then sat in the seat next to where he was cutting someone else's hair and he just continued with the same "jokes" constantly the whole way through my haircut. Unbelievably loud and obnoxious. A complete sociopath. As I said, I've been going for years but unfortunately never again."
