"Had an appointment booked three weeks in advance for a manicure, turned up to find the salon locked with people inside. When I was let in I was greeted with confusion (and the smell of smoke) when I said I was here for an appointment and was asked when I booked. She had no idea that she had a client booked in, which if i'd booked at short notice I'd have understood but this was booked weeks in advance. The girl was working with another client and was the only staff member present and had just sat the client down to do some of her treatments and wash her hair. After waiting 30 minutes and it being clear that I wasn't going to be seen any time soon and no real acknowledgment of my existence, no apology for the wait or apology for the fact she was not staffed to meet her bookings, I walked out. From reading reviews this kind of thing is a fairly common occurence in this salon. Honestly, I'd avoid plenty of other salons within a 5-10 minute drive who won't treat you like this."

"Had an app for 10.30, got a call at 9.20 to reschedule it to 11 which was fine. Arrived at 10.50 to the shutters down and lights off even though they’re supposed to be open at 9. Sheena finally arrived just past 11 after ringing her and then rang me back from her car to say she couldn’t get the shutters open and she’d ring me when it was sorted. I’ve never experienced such a disappointing level of professionalism."

"I had my appointment on 6th Aug 2022 with Croi Hair Beauty for Luxury Menicure. I had already paid whatever amount that was mentioned on Treatwell app while booking the appointment. At the salon, Sheena said they stopped doing menicures cause of COVID. So,she offered to do File and Polish. After treatment, she said whatever the amount that has been paid on app that is considered as deposit and I have to pay €25 for the treatment.After coming home, I checked the service price list online +Treatwell, for File & Polish the charge is of €15. For mini menicure charge is 25. So, either she was not supposed to charge me or she charged me for the the treatment she never performed."

"Sheena is the best hairderesser I've ever been to (and I'm a hairdresser, so I've seen a lot) ha. Firstly she is very very nice and chatty and genuinely interested in what you're saying and seconding she always seems to just know exactly the cut you want, as we all know, it's very rare that you can get your vision that you have in your head of what you want to a stylist but she just knows and the cut is exceptional, I can't recommend her high enough and I will be going back for a long time to come."
