"My children love this place ages ranging from 4 to 10. It's a great setting for a party, the parties are very well priced, the food is also well priced and good. The play area is a good size, clean and tidy. There's plenty of seating. Cash and card payments. Good all rounder."
"Haven't been here since I was a kid and it was the first time taking my 2 year old here today. It definitely needs updating and was disappointed to find some of the flooring on the levels without mats - it was just plain wood floor and nothing else, plus there is way too much netting which hurts your feet after a while! The slides are a lot of fun and the big ball pit was fun but there needs to be more to do. Pricing is reasonable and the staff were helpful but no card payments so you have to go to the bowling area to pay for things. I would come here again if I was in the area but wouldn't go out of my way."
"It's lacking something. Lots of pushing and roughness in the mega fun part because parents can't go up and can't look after their bigger kids. Their card machine isn't working so she took my card to the front to tap. Good because I had two kids with me but at the same time I didn't like that my card was not within my sight. But to emphasize I was more grateful to not walk up to the front again. The over all set up was meh. Parents as always in these places don't look after their children. Not the staffs fault."
"Not impressed at all as older children were throwing equipment around in the toddler section and nobody did anything to stop it happening so toddlers were getting hurt.. Alot of angry parents after that. Also watching the staff cooking hot food handling it with bare hands and I watched one staff member keep rubbing her eyes and face then pick up a burger with her bare hands.. So unhygienic."
