"I had an appointment with Joelene today and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I stepped into the salon I felt welcomed and relaxed. I had my colour done previously in another salon and wasn’t happy with how it turned out. Joelene talked me through what we could do to correct the things I didn’t like and how it would turn out after. It turned out really well and I’m so happy with it. Would highly recommend and now wouldn’t go anywhere else. For me, there is nothing worse than not having your hair done right so I am really happy that Joelene nailed the colour first time. Thanks ladies :) x"

"New to the area and booked an went into salon on Tuesday to book an appointment for a colour. Staff member I dealt with said a patch test was required. Appointment was booked for Saturday and a deposit was required of €30 to hold appointment. At no point did the girl tell me anything about a cancellation policy. Needed to cancel the appointment for personal reasons so phoned well within the 24 hour notice period and was informed that 48 hours notice was required so deposit is not refundable as per HEAD OFFICE. As the employee did not specify the cancellation policy at the time of taking the deposit it’s bad form on the company’s behalf to refuse my refund. Won’t ever use this company and be careful about paying deposits to them. However the lovely staff member who spoke to me when I phoned to cancel is the only positive point to note and she is the reason I’ve given 2 stars"

"I have been to this salon a few times, I went today to have a Nioxin treatment done. Zara was my stylist, I had been to her before and I cannot thank her enough, I had previously had my hair cut in another large salon, but it was very badly done and noticeably uneven, Zara made time to fit me in for a cut with my treatment and made it beautiful. I can wear my hair down again! She is lovely and she knew exactly what I had originally wanted. The team are very welcoming and polite. Thanks to Zara I feel much more confident!"

"Lovely girl who looked after me, extremely good customer service, however I asked for a particular cut and showed a picture of what I wanted but unfortunately did not leave with a cut In anyway like what I requested. They have given me an opportunity to pop back in for them to fix it and I am grateful for that, as I am always open to a second chance! Overall a lovely experience, it was just unfortunate that the cut didn't live up to my expectations initially."
