Reviews
"The room smells damp. The smell doesn't go away even when I keep the windows open. There is a very big brown stain on the ceiling and it looks like the brown liquid (?) is dripping down. The bed had a lot of long and short hairs in it which proves they didn't even bother changing the sheets before me. There were a lot of small hairs in the sink and the shower which I assume is shaved off facial hair and body hair which is disgusting. The curtains doesn't close properly so no privacy while changing. Took me at least 20 min to get past the building door and my door because the panel isn't working well. The bed is so lumpy and uncomfortable, I have never had a bed this awful. The colours of the room is horrid. I have already found two red coloured bugs in the bed and I am hoping they are not bed bugs. There is no cub board or hanger for clothes. It is just a bed and bed only. I also see 3 black bugs on the ceiling. It smells awful, looks awful, is dirty. If I could give zero, I would have. I will never be staying here ever again. Disgusting. I COMPLAINED to Tifa Property and they didn't even bother replying."
"Room was clean but the bed was so uncomfotable. Window glass was broken, luckily it was summer. Shower area was leaking so bad that we had to use 2 towels to soak the water. Sorry to say that it was not a pleasent stay at all."
"The bed is so uncomfortable... The mattress looked 100 years old! The bed makes noises, goes down once you sit on it, you can't even flip over without suffering! Wardrobes were just a space in the wall, not covered you can see the mold in it! Walls not soundproof so it is like living with all your other rooms people! Photos showed they provide some breakfast but it looked like wasn't changed or checked in ages, old cereals without milk and that's it... Fire alarm went on at 3 am and didn't know if there is a fire or what is going on and I didn't have any phone contact for emergencies from them! It was the scariest stay anywhere!"
"Spent 40 mins outside trying to get in. Had not been contacted by ANYONE, giving door key info. Eventually another couple whom were booked in too arrived. Four of us spent a further 20mins, trying to access the property. Eventually the cleaner let us in. I had rang the contact number provided over 20 times…no response. The cleaner tried to contact someone another 10 mins waiting, for our prepaid room. Was not cheap at £190 for one night- 2 ppl. That was the start. On arrival wardrobe had no hanging rail, lamps had no bulbs. Tv needed resetting so couldn’t use. Mould on wall. Bed so uncomfortable it was lumpy like sleeping on a tortoise shell. Wouldn’t stop here again if it were free!"
"NOTE: The front door key is in a tiny locker right next to that front door. You need to touch the black screen on your rooms door handle then press the 2 random numbers in any order, when you see the full keypad enter the 4 digit access code followed by * star. The access code was sent to the mobile on the day of the check in at 11:30am after reminding them which meant we missed out on other activities because we drove here early in order to sort this out. We couldn't watch the Ukraine v Wales match on the TV because the antenna wasn't working so we had to go to a pub without eating the food we had bought for the evening. The shower was hot but the taps hard to use because they turn in opposite directions to each other. The premises were clean and modern. Wifi very slow. The cleaner was friendly and professional."
