"Was very disappointed with our stay. The greeter forgot to tell us breakfast was in a different building, so we had to drive out for breakfast with 2 hungry kids. Was kept awake both nights by the permanent resident in the room above. Christmas elf was smoking. Alsation dogs wandering loose. No offer of compensation despite making the owner aware of the issues. Don't risk it."
