"I've never been this happy after a haircut.. Thanks Thomas you're just amazing! I would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a hairdresser in Dublin."
"I don't often write reviews. Should you ever go here, avoid being "helped" by Lorraine. I went here three (3) times. Why you ask? 1. First time was good. 2. Second time I walked out with an 80's mullet instead of eddie vedder hairdo I normally have. 3. Third time I said "don't give me an 80's mullet again" and she cut my hair short! Will take me more than a year to regrow it. Why-o-why would you cut off so much without double-checking?! I'm sure that if I would complain they'd offer to fix it, but honestly, I don't want to ever go back there. I flew back home to my old stylist and she cried with me. If you're not deterred: They're very nice people, salon looks good and is clean. A bit pricey but if they'd do my hair well I wouldn't mind."
"Lovely Lorraine did my haircut today and i am delighted with it. Place and staff were nice and the service was excellent, i will come back."
"I was delighted to return to Thomas's salon. It was a lovely experience with very friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere as well as a great franco-italian neo-classical decor to admire while getting your hair washed! The products used feel of great quality. Good expert advice given without being pushy. A great deal of time was put into giving my hair a new life! I love my new hair and would strongly recommend. Thank you in particular to Thomas but also Suzie and rest of the team"
"I was booked in with Sam for a curly blow dry. I’m not sure if he’s in training but it seemed that way as another member of staff came over and was telling him what to do. My hair was blow dried straight and he took a small barrel wand to it and pinned it which I had asked him to do as I wanted the bouncy blow dry to last until the night. I left and when I got to my car noticed that I had a lump of what looked like plastic stuck in my hair. I went back in to the salon where Sam told me it was probably product and he could brush it out. He pulled at my hair for 20 minutes with the help of the lovely receptionist. He then called Thomas over to look at it and who said it was like plastic. Mr Kendall then asked me if I had ever had hair extensions - which I did but had them removed over 4 months ago. He insisted that that’s what it was in my hair. I did not have a bond left in my hair for 4 months but he insisted this was the case. He was extremely rude about it. They then offered for them to cut this big lump of plastic out of my hair as this was the only option to get it out. I refused. Mr Kendall then told me to go back to where I had my extensions removed and to get them to put bond remover in it. I was left to get my coat myself and left the salon without an offer of a refund in tears. I took the pins out of my hair that evening and Had to end up re washing it as the style was not wearable. I went to the extension salon and was told that it wasn’t a bond it was likely plastic from the Bobby pin box that the curling wand was left beside and that my only option was to cut it out. I will never go back to this salon and I would never recommend anyone go here. Awful experience."
