Barefoot Boogaloo is located in the stunning Hillcrest Centre in Newhaven, a charming seaside town in the heart of Sussex. Our establishment is a vibrant point of interest, attracting people from all walks of life to come and experience the joy of dance.

Our experienced instructors are passionate about dance and are committed to providing you with a safe and friendly environment to express yourself. In normal times, our classes range from salsa, tango, contemporary, and African dance to name a few, so there is something for everyone. Our classes vary in level from beginners to advanced, so whether you are just starting or are a seasoned dancer, you are sure to learn something new and exciting.

Apart from our dance classes, we offer a range of therapeutic treatments for you to indulge in. From reflexology and massage to reiki and acupuncture, our team of therapists are here to help you feel relaxed, revitalized, and refreshed.
