"I got Biab nails done at this salon which I don’t usually go to as my regular one was fully booked. I know from my friends and family members that you can start your Biab journey with short nails so I went here and from the minute I walked in I was being judged from the shortness of my nails and they did not want to do them. I then agreed to leave and give the service no payment which they refused and did the treatment anyway. They then judged the color I got and made me feel awful about my decision as the staff talked amongst themselves in a different language. I then could not pay by card and had to get cash out. Safe to say I will not be going to this salon again as the staff don’t know anything about customer service."

"Velankini (hopefully, I'm spelling her name right) was absolutely fantastic. So soft spoken, gracious and lovely. Her skills were brilliant, didn't feel a single sting the whole time she threaded my eyebrows. Will definitely be asking for her at my next booking!"

"Disaster of a service. Double bookings, not enough staff, not reliable. Staff are trying their best but who's ever managing the booking system is ruining the business. Had to call them to get them to open last week. 45 mins late. They sent other people away because only one person. This is third time this has happened to me in 6weeks. I cancelled one of my treatments as not enough time to fit it in. Terrible unreliable system letting the business down"

"Hate writing bad reviews but steer clear. Would give it zero stars if I could. Do not offer a service on website if you are incapable of doing it properly. Went for acrylic removal. They destroyed my nails and my cuticles. Took 1 hour 20 mins and I eventually told them I was leaving (couldn’t put up with any more damage being done). Paid €15 for the privilege. Worst experience I have ever had in a salon. I have cuts and bleeding cuticles. Would have done better myself at home."

"I really hate giving a bad review but I made an appointment in advance for a manicure for a wedding. My nails aren’t great so really needed them done. When I arrived I was told no one could do them. I was offered a different appointment time but unfortunately I wasn’t able to go then. The lady dealing with me wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t even seem sorry about it. Even if they had called before my appointment to tell me it would have saved me a trip and not wasted my time. Very disappointing"
