"Booked an appointment for my fiancée they rang the day before to confirm the appointment was at 1.30 pm arrived 5 minutes early. I had a Groupon voucher and then the manager wouldn't accept the voucher as they lose 5% to treat well. She then tried to tell me the appointment was for 1pm so when I asked to see the appointment book knowing that i was correct and on time she refused because i would clearly see i was booked for 1.30pm. there is also no terms and conditions in relation to booking via treatwell so the manager simply didn't want to accept out of greed. Looking back on it I'm happy they rejected the voucher as the previous reviews are shocking to read and I wasn't surprised looking back on their customer service and relations. I definitely would not recommend this place. We thought we'd give it a try but better of sticking to salons with better reputations or someone you previously used."

"I was lazy to write a review, but I appreciate the management replying to my rating. So for improvements, here goes: I requested to bleach my hair because I want a bright red hair, and the bleached hair came out in horizontal lines. I asked for a red hair, it came out orange. And I was told that I have to buy my own hair dye and "retouch" myself over the weekend. I've dyed my hair so many times in my life and I've never heard of this before. At the very least, you give my red hair first, and THEN I retouch it myself. I had to top up 2 times the price I already paid for the Groupon. But they didn't even bother to do the haircut. The lady literally did a 3 straight cut on my hair and said "we're good". She did ask me if it's okay, I said yes, cos I thought she was asking about the length, but she start taking of all bib/apron on me, showing me that we're done. It was near closing time, so they started tidying up the chairs and sweeping the floor around me, hinting me to get out. I had to go back home and cut my own hair to undid the weird straight cuts they did. I should've read the reviews in here before I went. Apparently many people have bad experiences. Note to the management: If you really want to improve, you can just read the bad reviews here."

"I have just got a colour and a cut at we hair and beauty. Peter was a lovely friendly person and he did a very proffesional job on my hair. I was 100% happy and would certainly recommend them. The young girl was also very helpful and friendly"
