"I had eyelash extensions booked for my holiday. Whwn i arrived for my appointment booked one week earlier noone was doing eyes. The girl who did the eyes quit last week ( a member of staff told me this) then the manager told the other girl serving me to just tell me the girl called in sick!!! Clearly they just didn't bother to cancel my appointment and I couldn't get sorted for my holiday. But to lie about it is what really annoyed me. No apology or good will offered. Just yeah we don't really care we ruined your holiday plans. Bye now"
"Really poor service. Booked a manicure appointment for 11a. Staff very friendly and seated me straight away even though early.no one came to me at all. By 11.20am still no sign of even being allocated someone and appeared I was forgotten about. Had to leave despite waiting around all morning for the apt and got a meagre sorry. Very disappointing, booking system needs to be reviewed"
"I had my nails done by Angel. She was very professional and patiently listened and amswered all my questions. She exhibited knowledge of the products and offered beauty advised and tips. She suggested colours that matched my skin tone and ring. Needless to say I enjoyed my time there and would definitely be returning and referring my friends. I like my nails and I have been waving my hands showing it off. Thank you Angel."
