"Poor service, staff not able to advise if they can sell filters for coffee machines they sell. Other occasion, wanted to buy a smart watch but you are unable to fit it or see it as thats the policy, and also the policy is you cannot return it if its not broken so how are you meant to figure out if that watch is for you?? Comparing to other electronic shops in Europe this is the worst experience, no wonder people turn to amazon or ebay. Waste of time visiting, many inflated prices and poor selection of anything."
